My coaching philosophy

Coaching with Sarah is collaborative and future-focused. Every session is an invitation to pause, notice what is present, and experiment with new possibilities. Together we unlock practical action rooted in your values and strengths.

“Coaching is a lighthouse—steady, grounding, and illuminating the paths that are already yours to take.”

— Sarah Wissing
